BriefNeodigital focuses on accessibility in website relaunch

Insurance provider Neodigital commissioned Ergosign to relaunch its website with a focus on digital accessibility. The new site combines an information portal, an e-commerce solution, and a broker access into one central hub — for both customers and insurance brokers.

The goal: make insurance products easy to find, understand, and purchase — seamless, online and simple. Ergosign was responsible for concept, UX design, and technical implementation of the WordPress-based website. The design builds on the existing corporate identity, seamlessly translating it into the digital user experience.

At the start of the project, we analyzed Neodigital’s existing website to identify targeted opportunities for improvement — especially regarding accessibility, user guidance, and content structure. Based on user interviews, usability tests, and data-driven analysis, we evolved the existing design system consistently, while structural adjustments strengthened the digital brand identity and improved accessibility.

During the complete website relaunch, we visually referenced the original Look & Feel but carried out a comprehensive redesign that unites modern UX standards with the needs of diverse target audiences.
