For the first time, we are represented on the Germany Day at the OUTPUT.DD of the TU Dresden. Our Senior UX Designer and Solution Manager Industry Florian Schneider will give a talk on User Centered Design (UCD) in Software Development.
The talk will give an exciting insight into the multifaceted everyday life of a user experience designer and explains why a user-centered design and development process is indispensable in both agile and linear software projects.
Come to the talk from 12:45 - 13:30 in room E010!
2019 there will be a special feature during OUTPUT.DD, namely the "Germany Day", which will take place on the previous day, the June 19, 2019. Together with our Federal Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and the Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony, Michael Kretschmer, "50 Years of Computer Science Education" will be celebrated nationwide.
With Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, Munich, and Saarbrücken, Dresden is one of the locations that introduced the first university computer science courses in 1969.
Once a year the OUTPUT.DD takes place at the TU Dresden.
During the event students and employees of the Faculty of Computer Science can present their research results to the visitors. At this project show, the audience will be offered exciting presentations, instructive workshops, and interesting lectures - while local companies can get in touch with the students.
